The Scientific Association of Passive Defense of Iran was established to implement the directives of the Supreme Leader and fulfill the objectives set forth in the (country’s comprehensive development vision document.) Its mission is to expand, advance, and promote science, education, and research across all domains related to passive defense. This encompasses both the quantitative and qualitative development of specialized forces, as well as enhancements to educational and research activities pertinent to the nation’s passive defense. In this statute, the Association will be referred to as “the Association.”
